Shipping Information

All effort is made to ship orders received within 24 hours of their receipt. On orders received prior to 12:00 pm EST, Elite Occasions will make every effort to ship the same day. During peak times, such as holidays, or for customized or multiple basket orders, more time may be required. Orders are hand delivered or shipped via Fed-Ex ground in the Washington, DC area. Orders going to other locations in the continental United States are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise specified. Please note: Fed-Ex does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. If you need faster delivery, other options are available at additional cost.

Saturday shipping is available in most cases at an additional cost. Please consult Elite Occasions to see if this option is available and to check additional charges.

Shipping Charges, Delivery Charges, & Sales Tax

Prices listed in our catalog and on our website do not include shipping/delivery charges or sales tax for gifts being delivered/shipped to Maryland and the District of Columbia.

• Sales tax will be added to all gifts being delivered/shipped to Maryland and the District of Columbia.
• Our baskets are hand delivered or shipped via Fed-Ex Ground in the Washington, DC area or shipped via Fed-Ex Ground in the continental United States.
• Faster shipping options are available - but cost additional. Check with Elite Occasions.
• For your convenience, we can also provide third party billing, using your UPS or FedExAccount number. If you decide to use this option, there will be a $8 boxing fee charge per gift basket.
