Return/Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please contact us as quickly as possible, retaining all products and shipping materials.

To avoid delivery problems, we highly recommend you check all addresses that you provide for gift basket recipients to make sure that they are complete and current. Please be sure to include any suite and apartment numbers. Telephone numbers are required for gift baskets being delivered by courier so that we can make delivery arrangements with recipients. Phone numbers are highly desirable for packages being shipped and can help avoid delivery problems.   

Though it occurs rarely, occasionally two different customers will give the same gift to the same recipient. Elite Occasions is not able to track gifts by recipient and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

If the gift is returned through no fault of ours, the purchaser will be contacted to provide an alternate shipping address and offered the option to cancel the gift. In the event of a cancellation after a gift basket has been made and sent out, there will be a 50% restocking fee required in addition to round trip courier fees or package return fees from UPS. 

Unfortunately, personalized products such as customized ribbon or wagons used for baby gifts are not returnable.
